Stylists

Full-Time / Part-Time

Are you passionate about hair and beauty? Do you have a creative flair and a dedication to delivering outstanding service? We are looking for talented stylists to join our team at Salon HALO—an education-based salon committed to developing our staff and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated on trends and techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build a loyal clientele.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a salon stylist is preferred.
  • A valid cosmetology license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for continued learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and flexibility with scheduling.

Apprentice/Stylist Program

Looking to work with a talented team and continue your education? At Salon HALO, we have an exciting program to help you flourish and expand your career.

What’s Included:

  • Trial period: Join us for two months to learn our salon processes.
  • 8 Weeks of Intensive Training: Develop your skills, conquer fears, and work with mentors.
  • Additional training through out-of-salon classes, seminars, and team-building activities.

Compensation:

  • Base hourly rate, with commission on services and retail sales.
  • Benefits after meeting service and retail goals.
