Requirements:

• Previous experience as a salon stylist is preferred.
• A valid cosmetology license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Front Desk Coordinator

Part-Time / Full-Time Available

We are seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and manage client inquiries.
• Handle scheduling and appointments.
• Manage inventory and assist with marketing activities.
• Enforce salon policies and ensure a professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry.

Apprentice/Stylist Program

Looking to work with a talented team and continue your education? At Salon HALO, we have an exciting program to help you flourish and expand your career.

What’s Included:

• Trial period: Join us for two months to learn our salon processes.
• 8 Weeks of Intensive Training: Develop your skills, conquer fears, and work with mentors.
• Additional training through out-of-salon classes, seminars, and team-building activities.

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate, with commission on services and retail sales.
