Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of a busy salon? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Salon Front Desk Coordinator.
Location: Downtown Robbinsdale
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Manage salon appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and accurate record-keeping.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Process client payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with stylists, technicians, and other staff to optimize salon operations.
- Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service to enhance the overall salon experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with salon services, products and scheduling software is a plus.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.

| Apprentice/Stylist Program 1. Licensed Hair Stylist Want to work for with an amazing team with some pretty stellar people? We want a rad stylist with a thirst for continuing education, open-mindedness, and a pizzazz for life! HALO has legit outlets to expand your career. We want you to flourish. We want to create an environment with opportunities, growth, and continuing education to become Your Best. Must work 2-3 Saturday’s per month. 2. Trial We want to ensure you are in the right place! Before we dive into our Apprentice program, you get to hang with our team for 2 months, learn the process of the Salon, Product, and Procedures. 3. 8 Weeks of Awesome And this is where the fun begins. During 8 weeks of awesome, we guide you to be a better hairdresser behind the chair, conquer fears, work through trials, and hone skills. Weekly meetings, goal tracking, exercising proven systems, and outside technical education happens! 4. Additional training Work your way towards out of salon classes, seminars, team building and a guaranteed option of yearly travels too |
| Compensation Hair stylist We start you off at a base hourly rate; so, you know you are making money during any down time. A pretty cool service commission is given when it is greater than your hourly. Your time is important, your talent is important, you are important. Retail commission as well as benefits are offered once service and retail goals are consistently mastered. |
