Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation of a scheduled service will require advance notice of a least 24 hours PRIOR to any scheduled service.  Failure to do so will result in a loss to Salon HALO and Stylists and time that is unable to be booked elsewise.   Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible, we will do our best to alter your services so that we can accommodate your appointment upon your arrival.

Our Stylists receive continuous training and education together as a team and individually.  If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist at Salon HALO, perhaps for a different perspective, we invite you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your style.

Refunds:

Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting, or have received, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at halorobbinsdale@yahoo.com.  Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered; however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service. Inquiries for haircut or hair color adjustments must be notified within 7 days of the original appointment.  Most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.   Artisian color services guaranteed when professional products and after care are prescribed by your Stylist.

*Returns on retail items will be refunded with little to no use.  We encourage trying another of our fabulous products to best suit your needs.  Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned. 

Model services are eligible for future adjustments within 7 days.  

The Other Stuff

Registered service animals are allowed into the salon during business hours.

Note: children are to remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety and to ensure every guest may have a relaxing experience.

Service refunds: Refund dollars to correct a service, not provided by Salon HALO (regarding circumstances) will only be give in the original amount to a service provider of the clients choosing. Upon Salon HALO being notified, the refund will be distributed to the preferred provider at the salon of you choice; not the client. We want you to have you hair professionally adjusted.

Credit Card Surcharge of 3% on all card transactions beginning September 3, 2021

Pursuant: 325G.051 SURCHARGES ON CREDIT CARDS.

Subdivision 1.Limitation; prohibition.

To better serve you and how you choose to spend, we are implementing a surcharge of 3% when you choose to use a card for payment.

(a) A seller of goods or services may impose a surcharge on a purchaser who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means, provided (1) the seller informs the purchaser of the surcharge both orally at the time of sale and by a sign conspicuously posted on the seller’s premises, and (2) the surcharge does not exceed five percent of the purchase price.
